How do I retract a Premium cancellation?

If your Premium cancellation can be retracted, Photoclub will display a dedicated button for this.

When do I need this information?

You need this help if you have canceled Premium but no longer want to proceed with the cancellation.

How to proceed

1. Open your control center.
2. Go to the Orders section.
3. Find your canceled Premium order.
4. Click on "Retract Premium cancellation" if the button is shown.
5. Then check the status of your order.

What happens next?

If the retraction is successful, Premium will continue and will not end on the previously scheduled cancellation date.

If it doesn’t work

If the button is not displayed, retraction may not be available for this order. Then check the details of your order.
