Why can't I upload another photo?

If the upload isn't working, it's often due to reaching a limit or an issue with the file.

You need this help if the "Upload Photo" function isn't working or is unavailable.

How to proceed

1. Check if you have already uploaded a photo today.
2. Check if, as a free member, you already have 100 photos.
3. Check if the file size is no larger than 5120 KB.
4. Try using a different image file.
5. Wait until the next day if you have reached your daily limit.

What happens next?

If only the daily limit is reached, you can upload again the next day. If the total limit is reached, you need to free up space or upgrade to Premium.

If it still doesn't work

Existing photos are not deleted or hidden. If you want to free up space, only delete photos you truly want to remove.
