Cancel Premium (Premium)

Cancel Premium

You can cancel your Premium membership in the Photoclub through your order. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

 

When do I need this information?

You need this information if you do not want to renew Premium or if you want to know what happens after cancellation.

 

How to proceed

  1. Open your control center.
  2. Go to the Orders section.
  3. Click on the order you want to cancel.
  4. Check the expiration date shown on the order details page.
  5. At the bottom of the details page, you will find the cancellation button.
  6. Click "Cancel Premium" if you want to end your Premium membership.
  7. A confirmation popup will appear. Please read the information carefully.
  8. Confirm your choice if you really want to cancel Premium.

 

What happens next?

After cancellation, you will see when your Premium ends. You can continue to use Premium until that date.

After Premium ends, your membership will revert to the free plan:

  • You will only be able to upload 1 photo per day instead of 5.
  • New uploads will only be possible again once you have fewer than 100 photos.
  • You can only submit 1 competition photo and cast 1 vote instead of 3.
  • Photos rated 16+/18+ will no longer be accessible to you.
  • Favorites, ratings, and the Premium badge will no longer be available.

Your photos will not be deleted and will remain visible. However, new uploads on the free membership are only possible again once you are below the free limit.

 

If something doesn’t work

If you have more than 100 photos after Premium ends, you won’t be able to upload more photos until you free up space or reactivate Premium. If the "Cancel Premium" button is not visible, please check whether you have navigated the correct path (Control Center/Orders/Order Number) or if the order has already been canceled.
