What is Premium?

Premium is the membership for those who want to use the Photoclub more consciously, freely, and intensively. It supports the independent operation and further development of the Photoclub and gives you additional opportunities to showcase your photos more visibly, exhibit more, and participate more actively in club life.

Premium is therefore not just a feature package. It is also a sign that the Photoclub, its calm atmosphere, and the community of dedicated photography enthusiasts are important to you.

When do you need this information?

This guide is for you if you want to understand why Premium exists, what benefits Premium offers, and whether Premium fits your use of the Photoclub.

Premium is especially worthwhile if you regularly take photos, enjoy showing your images, want more freedom when uploading, and want to help keep the Photoclub an ad-free, independent place for photography.

How to proceed

1. Open the Premium page in the Photoclub.
2. Compare the free membership with the Premium benefits.
3. Consider whether you want to show your photos more often, exhibit more images, and use additional features.
4. Check if you want to support the Photoclub as an independent, ad-free photography community.
5. If Premium fits your way of using the Photoclub, start the subscription process there.

What happens next?

With Premium, you get more space for your photography. Among other things, you can upload 5 photos per day, exhibit unlimited photos, use your own private photo galleries, participate in 16+/18+ areas, assign public and secret favorites, use photo rating features, and receive a Premium badge as well as Premium support.

The Premium badge also visibly shows that you are one of the members actively supporting the Photoclub. Especially in a community, this makes a difference: you not only use more features but also help ensure that the Photoclub remains independent, well-maintained, and ad-free.

Without Premium, the Photoclub remains permanently free to use. You can continue to use the essential basic features, upload one photo daily, and exhibit up to 100 photos at the same time.
